That's why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with our service within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund your money in full—no questions asked, no hassles.
Who Qualifies for a Refund?
You are eligible for a refund if:
- You have been a member for 30 days or less
- You have made a good-faith effort to work with your coaching plan
- You notify us of your request via email (hello@mikefit.com)
- You have not violated our Terms of Service
Important Note: The 30-day period begins on the date of your purchase (first charge), not the date you start working with a trainer.
What's Included in Your Refund?
Your refund depends on which program you purchased and what was used:
Starter Plan (Online Coaching)
Eligible for full refund if requested within 30 days of purchase and no more than 4 coaching sessions have been completed.
Non-refundable: Sessions completed beyond your first 4 sessions; workout plans once provided (but transferrable credit available).
Transform Plan (In-Person + Online)
Eligible for full refund if requested within 30 days of purchase and no more than 2 in-person sessions have been completed.
Partially Refundable:
- If 3-4 sessions completed: 50% refund
- If 5+ sessions completed: No refund (but continue service with option to downgrade)
Elite Plan (Premium)
Eligible for full refund if requested within 30 days of purchase and no more than 2 sessions have been completed.
Partially Refundable:
- If 3-4 sessions completed: 50% refund
- If 5+ sessions completed: No refund (but continue service with option to downgrade)
How to Request a Refund
Requesting a refund is simple:
Email Your Request
Send an email to hello@mikefit.com with the subject line "Refund Request". Include your name, account email, date of purchase, and reason for refund.
We'll Confirm Receipt
We will respond to confirm receipt of your request within 24 business hours.
Refund Processing
Once approved, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Check Your Account
The refund will appear in your account depending on your bank (typically 3-5 business days after processing).
Special Refund Situations
I Partially Completed the Program - Can I Get a Partial Refund?
Yes! We offer prorated refunds if you've completed some sessions but are still within 30 days. Starter Plan: Up to 4 sessions included in guarantee. Transform & Elite: 50% refund if 3-4 sessions completed.
I Want to Continue But Need to Pause My Membership
No problem! We offer a pause option instead of cancellation. You can pause your membership for up to 30 days without losing access to your plans or paying, then resume when you're ready.
Payment Processing Issues
If you were overcharged or experienced a billing error, contact us immediately. We will investigate the charge, reverse any erroneous charges, and provide a refund if applicable. We aim to resolve billing issues within 24 hours.
When Will I Get My Refund?
- Request received → Processed within 24 hours
- Approval → Refund issued within 5-7 business days
- Bank processing → 3-5 additional business days (varies by bank)
Total expected time: 8-12 business days from your refund request
What's NOT Covered by Our Refund Policy
The following items and situations are not refundable:
- ✗ Completed training sessions (once delivered, the service is rendered)
- ✗ Supplements or nutritional products (unless unopened/defective)
- ✗ Digital products/downloads (once you've had access)
- ✗ Customized meal plans (unless brand new and no consultation occurred)
- ✗ Cancellations after 30 days (outside guarantee window)
- ✗ Refunds for non-payment (unpaid invoices don't qualify)

Dispute Resolution
If you have a dispute about a refund or our refund policy:
- Step 1: Email us at hello@mikefit.com with details of your dispute. We'll respond within 48 hours.
- Step 2: If unresolved, we'll offer a brief phone call to discuss and find a solution.
- Step 3: If still unresolved, the matter may be escalated according to our Terms of Service dispute resolution process.
